How Bangladeshis view Pakistanis today?

You mainly have two types of Indians in the UK, Gujarati and Punjabi. Both communities are successful, but Gujaratis have probably been more successful than Punjabis, e.g. they massively overachieve in education, whereas Punjabi Sikhs just do moderately well, they're massively underrepresented in crime whereas Punjabis are slightly overrepresented, plus they're wealthier. Both do better than average though.

According to this, Sikhs are the second most wealthiest community in the UK after the Jews

For households with a Jewish household reference person it is £422,000.
For Sikh households it is £229,000.
For Christian households it is £223,000.
For Hindu households it is £206,000.
For Muslim households it is £42,000.
For those with any other religion it is £161,000.
For those with no religious affiliation it is £138,000.

This thread was supposed to be between Pakistanis and former Pakistanis (Bangladeshis). Why are Indians trolling around? :D Its none of your business! :D
Because as per the Pakistanis, reason is India and RAW :omghaha:

My friend you are wasting your time on this issue, These Bengalis (Bangladeshis), will not move on with their lives, they all are stuck in 1971 and the war. They keep pretending ohh yes yes Pakistan is cool now, but I have been dealing with them for some time now, and believe me they all have this fantacy to really hurt Pakistan. They keep on listening to these lies of 3 million dead, No killed by Pakistan, they keep on listening 300k women raped by Pakistan army, so they are a nation which constantly live in the past and one which perpetually feels violated and abused.
unfortunately a certain section of BD population who themselves or whose forefathers were ultra-leftists keep repeating misinformation about 1) the Pakistan Movement of Bengal and 2) today's remaining Pakistan. those ultra-leftists/Indian agents never supported the emancipation of Muslims in the land and were arguably the main reason that Muslim Bengal/East Pakistan got colonized by India in 1971.

especially certain elements in or associated with this Hasina government are a major force which tries to move Bangladesh away from our own Muslim heritage and our Pakistan Movement, relations with today's Pakistan, and relations with other Muslim countries

some people who are even little anti-Pakistan say that India is the main reason for SAARC's ineffectiveness.

Someone mentioned Pakistanis are very successful abroad. It's quite true, there are some successful Pakistanis in the UK in various fields such as politics, business, media, etc, but conversely, also make up the gutter. You have two extremes. You have people in the cabinet in government to those getting bad press for nefarious activity e.g child grooming.
Hi,
i m not sure why would you say that unless you want to attract hatred.
IN that case do come and visit gulf and you will be proud that 90% bengalis are low semi skilled labour. Tht being said the one who are in a bit higher tier enjoy from the trade of prostituion and illegal trade.
No wonder gulf countries had to ban the recruitemnet from bangla.

Having said that i dont mean any offence to benaglis ist just to reply this particular person, bengalis are beautiful people and full of surprises.

Quite the mud slinging and acting like youre from EAST LONDON

Buddy, we Pakistanis have our own version of lies regarding East Pakistanis such as that General Elections of 1970 were nothing but a conspiracy for secession from Pakistan while other independent historians have countered this argument by giving historical proofs that East Pakistanis were only voting for more rights according to their population and economic output. Also Mujeeb-ur-Rehman was that rightful winner of that election and he should have been allowed to form his own majority government all over Pakistan, and only when our angelic Army refused, did war of secession began with Indian aid. So it was all our own corrupt leaders fault from bottom to the top. If Bangladeshis at large wanted to secede from Pakistan, why even participate in General Election with historic turnout of 63 %? :D
after 1970 election, the Army did not refuse. but it was going through the motions of letting Mujib form majority government. several extreme Pak Awami League elements took advantage of this and started Indian-backed subversive activities. although Mujib was not directly involved in the subversive activities, he didn't take much strong action about it that probably led to his arrest. the subversive activities and resulting Op Searchlight caused much delay to handing over power to civilian government headed by Mujib

The vast majority of Bangladeshis are indifferent about Pakistan and Pakistanis. If truth be told, it's not a topic of conversation, but if there was a war between Pakistan and India then we would want Pakistan to win because they share the same religion.
...and also because we share similar history, culture, political movements, similar empires until 1947, and nationhood from 1947 to 1971.

go to any national library of other countries :D
Sure i will and let me tell u that u also go and check those libraries of other countries because they also debug yr state propagandas.
BDforever your remark applies to us Bangladeshis more. we Bangladeshis carry some baggage because of what our Indian-backed BAL-controlled media teaches us. and i used to be more like you until i came abroad and found out how much some of us don't stand corrected even when objective undebatable facts stare right in the face. this is a matter of interacting with people who don't carry that baggage.

. . .
Hi. I am starting this thread out of mere curiosity since I have never met a Bangladeshi whom I could ask this question. Also I don't know many Bangladeshi members of PDF so I hope @BDforever would tag others for me. Thanks :)

Note: Please don't dig up our shared history between 1947 - 1971 while discussing on this thread as I have witnessed it to be nothing but mudslinging on both sides.
Their are lots of Bengali people in oslo could easily find them in grønland younger generation mostly dont care about the past until someone tries to rub it on their faces, have many friends they are kool with happened they still say Pakistani nd bengali people are like brothers
