India already has better wages than bangladesh. Even rural areas are better off than bangladesh. And Indian rural will migrate to Indian cities for work . There's no reason for them to migrate to bangladesh where they will get lower wages.

Yes India faces the same human development challenges as rest of south Asia but have you ever checked the HD indicators of BD?
