Yes Pakistan should have done on its own. NZ had to wait for N.R.R qualification in the end to qualify and depend on Pakistan in the end, isn't it.

As far as engineered match is concerned not a single soul believes the bullshit of ICC, India vs England match is fixed as a fact, and that's how the Worldcup has gone down in letter and spirit of the cricket history game - apart from rained off, bad umpiring and bad pitches. It is more or less criminal to match fix or engineer a match. You can only save face, but the truth is out for all to see. Stop crying out to be.
