Modi's Hindi Imposition in Jaffna, Sri Lanka

Modi spoke English in Sri Lankan Parliment and in Hindi in Jaffna meeting.

I don't understand Modi's logic of speaking Hindi in Jaffna and speaking English in Lankan Parliament. Linguistically Sinhala belongs to Indo Aryan language family, it would have been appropriate if he had spoken in Hindi in the Lankan Parliament and English in Jaffna

What does Modi expect from Tamils?. Is he expecting Lankan Tamils must learn Hindi ?. Is he imposing Hindi upon Tamils ? . FYI Modiji, Sri Lanka has three official languages Sinhala, Tamil and English NOT Hindi.

Hindi language has been imposed on natives of Hindustan by foreign muslims. Kind of like urdu in Pakistan, but since we are muslims it doesnt matter. But beghairat hindus are one shameless bunch, they have forgotten their native tongues and adopted hindi.
