How can one impose Hindi language on the people of Sir Lanka in a short duration,I can't understand yr logic.

don't be naive, Hindutva agenda comes different modes , they have a long term dream - their Bharatisation , this is just the beginning with ground testing before the piling works. No lame excuses, a PM he should know the protocol that he should not be addressing in Hindi to an non Indian audience, unless he is delivering a Hindutva sermon
