My bad. Since it was a Chinese who posted it and the Chinese put the entire article right here, I did not visit the site to check the source. Kinda assumed that a Chinese would post an article about 'China warning India' in a boastful way. But may be the Chinese was joking about it.

No thanks, we don't have any claims over any Sri Lankan territory. Just some geo-political concerns there.
