What İf Turkey uses his 1 system S-400 smartly.

Turkey already have 1 system s-400 that means 16 launching vehicle. Also we have taked more radar and subsystem for using this system more divided (Behalf of 2x8 battery, 4x4 like that.)

Also we are know we have 9m96e2(120 km) and 40N6E (400 km).

İf we use this two type missile (one of them quadpack) combo type. it could be like map who ı shared upwards.

Red circles : Big bird radar ranges (high alttitude, for a low alttitude it could be differ.)
Yellow circles : Each one 1 missile launcher also each one is a refers quadpack 9m96e2 missiles on launchers. (Ankara and İstanbul have a 2 launcher.)
Black circles: 40N6E ranges in combo launchers .
Pink circles : Anti Balistic ranges of 40N6E.

Speaking at the ESAS'20 event, Turkish Presidency Defense Industry Head of Air Defense and Space Department Serhat Gençoğlu shared the battery structure of the Long Range Regional Air and Missile Defense System (UMBHFSS) SİPER .

The depiction shared by Gençoğlu shows the Fleet Control Center (FKM) connected to the Air Force Radar Network - RADNET. The Fire Control Center (AKM) transfers the data to the FKM via the Communication Station Vehicle (HIA). Communication Relay Tool (HRA) is used for transmission. The depiction, which includes four missile launchers with six missile launchers, also includes the Missile Transport Loading System (FTYS) vehicle.

The depiction also includes the transfer of data from the Peace Eagle Airborne Early Warning and Control Aircraft (HEIK) via Link-16.

Gençoğlu confirmed that TEİRS radar will be used for SIPER upon the question of Defense Turk and stated that a version of SİPER can be used in the Navy together with ÇAFRAD.

Turkey's long-range air defense system project is carrying out by ASELSAN, ROKETSAN and TUBITAK SAGE.


Defense Turk has announced that tests have begun in the EIRS System radar, which will also form the Long Range Search Radar (UMR) of the ÇAFRAD system . In the project, which is successfully continued, the system is planned to be delivered in the first quarter of 2021.

In the Multi-Purpose Phase Array Radar (ÇAFRAD) project, the main sensor of the TF-2000 Air Defense War (HSH) Destroyer, one of the most critical needs of the Naval Forces Command, various developments are expected in the TF-2000 project to move to the Phase-2 phase.
 
It has to be one of the most ridiculous use of the word cheap copy. Many systems are similar, just because they are alike does not mean they are cheap copies. SIPER is a project that is still being worked on, we will only see its capacity in the future. Turkey so far did not any project to have a cheap copy, just relax and wait.

Effective operation range (not maximum range) of the radar used in Hisar-O+ battery => 120km
Effective operation range (not maximum range) of Hisar-O+ missile => 25km
Effective operation altitude (not max. alt) of Hisar-O+ missile => 50m-10km
Spread out Hisar-O+ battery could give effective protection of an area with around 40km-60km diameter
