pakistan and india both should deescalate the situation and such type of events could provide a ground to develop some sort of a contact, though spokesman of PTI has already issued the statement that no foreign dignitaries will attend the oath taking ceremony but it was a chance to start some sort of a dialog, however it shows PTI will act according to the desires of establishment, so better they should learn to make compromises
