also the majority of electricity in karachi is supplied by KESC which payes every dyme if it buys any electricity, rest of it is supplied by hub co and other private owners, its punjab which doesnt pay to WAPDA there were talks about cutting the power supply of governor of punjab because there was no payment of the bills
