Actually Iranian mountains are one of the most famous mountains in the world. Search "tochal", "dizin", "shemshak", "sabalan", "sahand", "damavand" and "alborz" on internet.

Some of these pictures make me so homesick

Most of Iran's mountains are covered with snow in winter and fall, and some of them have snow all times of the year.
There are areas and cities that get 1.5-2 meters of snow. There are, of course, record snowfalls, like 9 meters or 15 meters in specific areas.
Iran's jungles are mostly confined to northern areas of the country near Caspian sea, but there are also scattered smaller jungles all over the country.
