There are a lot of variations of this dish and it is very hard to cook for people without exp.

The veggies need to be cooked very quick but not up to the point they are overcooked. The eggs need to be a little bit undercooked. It is amazing if you know how to make it.

First you buy a chicken. Next, you go to the Turkish identity centre and get him a Turkish identity. The eggs coming out after you followed the procedure above are Turkish eggs :)
