Yep Nazilli is good. Best Pide in my though opinion is in Söke. If you're ever in those parts check it out.

There are a lot of variations of this dish and it is very hard to cook for people without exp.

The veggies need to be cooked very quick but not up to the point they are overcooked. The eggs need to be a little bit undercooked. It is amazing if you know how to make it.
