Pide family

Pide is pretty much the equivalent of Pizza in Turkey, I believe if commerced well it could compete pizza worldwide, because possibilities are endless ! I will show few of the basic forms.

You mean the round one ? its either Kaşar or one of the native cheese variants of Black sea, I blieve some places would have used goat cheese, because there is countless amount of stuff used.
 
I dont have much experience of Turkish cuisine. But whatever you shared looks awesome.

Kofte in Pakistan are meat balls cooked in spicy gravy. Extremely tasty and my mom being a super cook, I need not go anywhere :)

Also, piyaaz is onion in Urdu.

I was in Saudi Arabia last year and there was a Turkish restaurant in Medina. So I tried several of the stuff there. I liked Adana Kebab. :)

Yea probably. I want to go to Istanbul and try your food there.

Best Baklava found in Gaziantep. But even in İstanbul baklava will be 10 times good than whatever you tasted in Canada. Man, i mean, i have tried döner in Europe, tastes nothing like the ones in Turkey.
