What I mean by "qovurma" is meat fried in oil, nothing else. Bozbaş is not a qovurma, it's prepared by boiling.
well, then we have very different definitions. :-)
we consider all bozbaş, səbzi qovurma, and çoban qovurma as qovurmas, as long as they have fried herbs or meats that are mixed with each other.
But, do you eat bozbaş regularly or it is not a favorite dish in your area like səbzi qovurma?
