Lets not put too much meaning it, after all potato is brough from Americas in late dates and this is a very basic dish :D

Sometimes I think sole reason some people wish kurban bayramı to come is to eat as much as kavurma as they want :D

Yeah our is similar to yours, but pieces are smaller and sometimes cooked with onions.

I don't like it though, I overally not so fond of such meat dishes, I'm more into properly spiced or marinated meat, as well as mincet meat dishes, I particularly hate boned meat.

I wasn't talking about it :D But I probably couldn't eat that one either, because I can't swallow fat, I'm chewing chewing and chewing but can't swallow :D

But I definetly like Saç Kavurma if meat is chosen from les fatty parts, its cooked with tomatoes, peppers and onions, these breaks the raw taste of meat which I don't like.
