No disrespect or offence meant to new members but given the number of posters one comes across these days who start their innings with outlandish suggestions / posts would it be worthwhile to lay down a minimum number of posts a new member should make before he / she can start a thread ?
The idea is for a new member to simply hang around , read, contribute & get a fix on how the forum works / thinks before starting discussions.
