why the hell they even have it allowed still..

Apart from Bollywood No other entertainment source from India should be aired by Pakistan channels.

If i am not wrong Indian channels are already banned But some Pakistan channel's has brought right of broadcasting a couple of Indian drama's which are 90% About different events and practices about Hinduism.

Considering Indian Drama's one must admit that we indeed have zero % cultural similarities with India which give me Good feeling and another reason to be not even related to Indians

You are wrong. The fact is Pakistan is unable to produce quality television programs for the consumption of it's population. So, the channels have no other option other than paying for Indian TV programs, which are viewed by a good number of paksitanis . What would you want them to do? They are businessmen and the only thing they care about is money. If more people view Indian programs, they air them.

The moment the common pakistani stops watching those serials, The channels have no other option to air something else.

Pakistan TV channels fined Rs 10 million for excessive Indian content

ISLAMABAD: Ten entertainment television channels in Pakistan have been slapped with Rs 10 million fine for airing excessive Indian and foreign content, a media report said on Monday.

Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority imposed the fine on the channels and issued warning letters to them to desist from such practice in future, The News report said.

It quoted a document of Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage, as saying that the local channels were airing excessive Indian content, much more than the prescribed limits.

PEMRA monitoring system is working round the clock to ensure the compliance of code of conduct and code of advertising, the report said.

Private TV channels of the country have been authorized to air only 10 per cent foreign content and 60 per cent of that 10 per cent should be Indian or other content and 40 per cent of the 10 per cent may be English content.

The channels that have been fined include Hum TV, Oxygen TV , Play TV, Kohinoor Entertainment, TV One Entertainment, NTV Entertainment, GXM Entertainment, Jalwa Entertainment.

I think the Fine isn't cause of the excessive Indian content its cause they are airing more then they are licensed for or in another words they didn't pay licensing fees required.
