PAF J-10C News, Updates and Discussion

Because twin seat C based model needs investment to researched, develop and tested. I am assuming there is no need for it

Well, there was no need to develop a big spine version specifically for the October aerobatics team, but they did it anyway. And if there was no need for a twin seat J-10, why keep producing it?

Just like to share a great news with friends here, our J10A is also receiving avionics upgrade.

Just about to post about this. Does this picture give us a better guess at the number of T/R modules? Also, does this indicate all J-10s of snot all fighters are about to be equipped with AESA radars once the J-7s, J-8s, and JH-7s get retired?

Pakistan could go for J-10S with radar upgrade and WS-10 engine. It would solve the trainer problem.
The engines are still the original Russians engines and incompatible with our maintenance infrastructure. In a pinch, I’m sure the PAF will be able to operate older J-10 models, such as loaning them during wartime, but for long term use, J-10CP is the way to go, IMHO.
