Opinion - Indian Muslims do not hate Pakistan but are just Jealous

Naseeruddin Shah and Mohammad Hamid Ansari have come out in the open and have already been labeled as gaddars.

Not every one can take such risks but Sanghis can never erase our love for Pakistan from our hearts.

Indian Muslims are waiting for the right time imo.

They don’t show the real percentage for political reasons.
Plus many Muslims came from Bangladesh, Myanmar. So those are not counted. The actual percentage would be somewhere close to 20%

Muslim currently make over 30% of Indian population.

Thing is, In Saudi Arabia there were some Gujarati Muslims who were more "Pakistani" than the "Pakistanis" themselves after the Gujarat riots of 2002.

I mean when I was living in Saudi Arabia, those Gujarati Muslims did not like how the BJP party was running India.

It was too late by the time Indian Muslims realized that they were fooled by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad and Muhammad Ali Jinnah was right.

Many Pakistanis misconstrue that Indian Muslims hate Pakistan but nothing is farther from truth.

Today Indian Muslims raise Pakistani Flags, shout Pakistan Zindabad and marry Pakistanis.

Indian Muslims are just jealous that they are not part the greener pastures of Pakistan and are miserably stuck in India where sanghis are suppressing their

• Freedom to eat beef
• Freedom to pray
• Freedom to marry non Muslim girls
• Freedom to wear Burqas
• Freedom to Marry and Divorce as per Islamic law

Pakistan should start a movement to mobilize UN, US, EU, OIC, China to impose crippling sanctions on India and protect the rights of Indian Muslims.

What a juvenile post.
There are much bigger and better things to do and talk about.

A vastly greater percentage of Indian Muslim females wear the burqa than in Pakistan. Here in my Deccan neighborhood it looks like I am in Taliban-ruled Afghanistan except with black burqas. Just yesterday I saw a mother taking along her 5 to 7-year-old daughter who was in a full burqa. Crazy.

Could it be due to increased sense of insecurity rather than religious obligation?
Could it be that the mother wanted to protect her child from what goes around ?

Im sure 200 million muslims of India are enough to do aggressive dawah to convert the Hindu's to Islam, Don't need Pakistani's
for that.

That is not how it works.
It's always the aggrieved class that has a reason to change.
The ones who are benefiting the leverage due to their social, economic, religious position have all the reason to retain it.

I don't think it is due to insecurity because most of the time Muslims in South India at least, especially the Deccan where I live, were not affected by the 9/11-related discrimination of Muslims outside of India and by the Babri Masjid demolition within India. The change in behavior and dress in Indian Muslims has more to do with leadership. Though Indian Muslims had a good participation of progressive / Communist intellectuals before Partition including in Kashmir, the other parts of the North and in Deccan Hyderabad, after Partition these intellectuals and activists did the mistake of not taking the momentum of the early independence years and working among the Muslims in schools, colleges, work places and neighborhoods. Till the early 2000s most Indian Muslims went along with not-in-your-face religious identity or misinformed religious identity in India and so we would see not much self-otherizing behavior and dress among Indians including Muslims. But then sometime during the early-to-mid-2000s among Muslims the Tableeghi Jamaat considered itself to rightfully take charge of South Indian Muslims and initiated the change in them and that change included behavior and dress. In my childhood none of my female relatives wore burqa and now most do. Same situation in my school and two years of college. The TJ in India started in the North then in the early-to-mid-2000s spread into the South and then also to the North. So the blame for not taking leadership lies with the Indian Muslim progressives and the blame for misguidedly taking leadership lies with the Tableeghi Jamaat. The India-origin TJ first destroyed the intellectuality of other societies - from Pakistan to Bangladesh to Southeast Asia to Russia to China to Central Asia to Turkey to Europe to Africa etc and later they came back to destroy the intellectuality among Indian Muslims.
