Oman: RNO, plans to buy submarines

The command of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) is said to be going towards acquiring light and mid-sized submarines that suit the waters of the Gulf and the Arabian Sea.

Most people do not trust it.. but let me tell you that there is no smoke without fire..and Oman is in a good position _water depth-wise_ to have submarines..

Tactical Report is unreliable so I can't help you there. Wait and see and hopefully Oman's naval capabilities will skyrocket.
