The guy thinks UAE navy does not have the capacity yet and that UAEAF and UAE navy needs to increase emaritization down to lower level while he thinks Saudia(also GCC and Arab) has already built that capacity. You and I don't agree, I think by judging from absorption of other hitech capabilities UAE should be able to do so. Isn't that so? I do agree that we should use a bit diplomatic language though...
