Indian food-- Best in the world

. . .
Our north-east boys literally eat different varieties of meat and even insects baby bee.Shillong market is a good place to go

. . . . .
There is plenty of Pakistani food which is not even heard of in India.

Here are some examples:

Matka Gosht
Sajji
Chapli Kabab
Kabuli pilau
Roghan Josh
Shab Deg key Kabab
Khagina
Qeemay waley naan
Chanay kee dal gosht
Murgh Choley
Peshwari ice cream
Aloo wali daal
White Chicken karhai
Green masal chicken

... and many more

i really havnt heard of most of the dishes you mentioned. The rest i thought were part of mughlai cuisine. Rogan josh and keema naan for example are common here.

Also a lot of dishes are not called pakistani per se but are available. like lahori naan

.
Regardless of the dish one difference is the use of spices. I think and hope I am right Pakistani dishes have more spices while Indian dishes have less spices.

Correct me if I am wrong.

m pretty sure you are wrong. Hyderabadi biryani for example is very spicy.

.
You mentioned that cows are sacred for Hindus. I have a question. If someone eats beef in front of a Hindu, what happens to the person eating the beef?

He finishes the dish. Gets up. Goes on with life as usual

hahaha

Dude u need to develop taste buds!!!
man what i find strange about western food is lack of spices!!
We have few markets where one can buy turmeric, cumin, etc. whole or fresh-ground by the pound. Most Americans buy spices in little jars and keep them in our kitchen cabinets for years, so when we finally do use them they are old and we wonder why we bothered to buy them at all.

but i guess you will hate spicy food.
Love spicy food but it doesn't always love me.

I like north -Indianized chinese food most. No authentic chinese food for me.
What "north-Indianized chinese food" is I don't know.
