the man is correct,
pizza can be extremely healthy and nutritious if you make it yourself
my ol' lady woulduse whole wheat doll. you got tomatoes sauce, tomatoes, chicken, pineapple, green peppers, basically you can put any toppings you want.
i am a health nut and work out religously, trust me when i tell you that pizza can be the most healthy things you can eat.
I cannot eat pizza every day..i was talking about my personal preferences.. Pizza has got plenty of cheese and fats
