'Big Three' (Japan, China, India) of Asia are planning to make a soft lunar landing around 2015 and this is just a soft lunar landing, then they'd send monkey and all sort of stuff before they send their astronauts. And logically Iran would take a bit longer to get there. But at some point in future? WHY NOT!
