Apples and oranges. For starters, there's a mix of short, medium and long range systems here. Secondly, there's a variety of missile diameters and anything under 15cm diameter without multiple warhead is unlikely to penetrate modern frontal MBT armor i.e. usefull only in ambush situations. Thirdly, there's a mix of guidance systems, some of which are more vulnerable to jamming than others.

You should separate them in classes:

1) AT4 is not missile at all, its RPG.
2) Javelin and Spike MR/LR are man portable missiles, they weight 12-14 kg and range 2-2.5 km (4 km for Spike LR)
3) Kornet, Hot, TOW, Baktar Shikan are semi portable missiles. They weight 25-27 kg and range 4-5 km.
4) Nag, Hellfire, Spike ER are platform launched missiles, they weight over 40-50 kg and range 8 km.


There are also Spike NLOS and Nimrod missiles which weight 70-96 kg and have range of 25-26 km

the indian NAG is for sure a good anti tank missile
I dont know how reliable it is as most of the DRDO projects have not been a great success but still it looks prettyy impressive as far as the claimed specs are concerned, infact among the very best!
