There is not only TFSA also JTS (Syrian Liberation Front) who had several clashes with HTS in the past.

JTS fought allone succesful against them (HTS), with TFSA ground support and Turkish Air/Artillery bombardments they could crush HTS terrorists.

Why are they not deploying all Refugees to Afrin, Jarablus etc...?

If it comes down to it, taking control of the highlands adjacent to the border West of Idlib and North of al eis would be much better for security. Also need to keep hold of Anadan to keep tel Rifat and zahraa in check.
