It's Iran. All of those ATGMs are iran copies of russian ATGMs. Don't worry we know how to take ravenge. Those who fired the rocket will be dead tomorrow while iran will feel the consequences for the next 20 years. If anyone here thinks that our Army isn't aware who supplied those ATGMS is living on another planet.

Most likely hit the ammunition inside the tank. Luck shot. If it had hit anywhere else maybe nobody would have died. L2A4 are shit against ATGMs and seriously I don't know where our modernized M60Ts are. Why were they modernized if they won't be used?

It' snot because TR is buddy buddy with RU..; that RU is innocent...
They ain't caring about Turkey, neither ASSad... it's quite the opposite... They want you out, dead or alive...whatever you like it or not...

ASSad/RU and IRan want TR out... TR refused... and They are doing whatever they can to disturb it... TR knows it..;but Can't do anything about it... only give some "limited" support to Rebels...

The crew inside shouldn't be dead, that ammuniton blast is designed to blast outside. Or the crew have let the hatch open and get killed, and soldier near the tank. What we see is pkk is wel informated about the location of the ammunition!

Turkish forces destroyed PKK/KCK/PYD-YPG and Daesh terrorist shelters, hideouts and weapon emplacements in an air operation as part of the ongoing Operation Olive Branch in Syria's Afrin on Saturday, according to a Turkish General Staff statement, APA reports quoting Anadolu.



The statement said the air operation targeted terrorists in Sheikh Haruz, northeast of Afrin, and was launched at 5.52 p.m. local time (1452GMT).



Earlier on Saturday, the Turkish General Staff said one soldier had been martyred and another injured in Sheikh Haruz, where the terrorist group targeted a Turkish army tank.



On Jan. 20, Turkey launched Operation Olive Branch to clear PYD/PKK and Daesh terrorists from Afrin, northwestern Syria.



According to the Turkish General Staff, the operation aims to establish security and stability along Turkey’s borders and the region as well as to protect Syrians from oppression and cruelty of terrorists.



The operation is being carried out under the framework of Turkey's rights based on international law, UN Security Council resolutions, its self-defense rights under the UN charter, and respect for Syria's territorial integrity, it said.



The military reiterated that only terror targets were being destroyed and that "utmost care" was being taken to avoid harming civilians.

It appears we haven’t learnt anything from the Jarablus operation. TSK is only at the outer layer of Afrin where not most of YPG militia is. If we go this slow and still have such high casualties then that is an indication what is ahead. About the anti tank equipment that YPG has. It is hard to trace who gave it. It could have been Iran, Russia, Assad, US or even China.
