Pakistan literacy percentage is 49% and illiteracy is about 51%. it was the reason for blind argument. almost an failed state commenting on Indian poverty, are they thinking they are Richie rich.. ha ha funny. we have 120+ Billion population.Don't forget it, when counting poverty think about population of India too..
