It is welcome if Imran Khan make an official apology. But still we should not become friendly with Pakistan at the expense of India. We will need a balance. As long as India is careful to not to damage relation with Bangladesh, why should we unilaterally damage that? We have nothing to gain unilaterally damaging relation with India. Rather I see great benefit for Bangladesh if Indo-Bangladesh relation remain robust. We should not become such a friend of some one whose friends became our automatic friends and whose enemy became our automatic enemy. We have to prioritize our relationship based on our own need.
Dude, Hasina is a 71 year old woman and is not going to be around too much longer.
By not apologising, Pakistan is giving Hasina the ability to play her anti-Pakistan card.
PS - Do not insult our Prime Minister who is a lot smarter than Pakistan's leaders.

There is hell of difference between being smart and leader there is not even one quality of that in her. She is burning b!tch still living in past. She is just a submissive pimp to Modi and if that is smartness then I am proud that our leaders have not achieve this level of smartness.
I said, there should be a balance and prioritization based on our need. India is our next door neighbor, a huge one. Engaging which we can greatly benefit. A simple logic suggest, Bangladesh should be careful antagonizing it with steps which it will see detrimental to it's security interest. In the past, Pakistan tried to use Bangladesh to harm India by making Bangladesh a hub of ISI activities. So if we become too cozy with Pakistan, it will obviously create alarm in New Delhi. Why should we give wrong signals to a country which is trying to be friend with us? In international relation , maintaining goodwill in the neighborhood and the countries which are very important for you is important. Do we maintain diplomatic relation with Taiwan? No. Because it will harm our relation with China. So although we can cozying up with Taiwan but we refrain from it considering our greater interests. Bangladesh Pakistan relation can be close and friendly. But before that, Pakistan need to reform it's mindset of using Bangladesh as a pawn in it's rivalry and hostility with India. Bangladesh should strictly remain neutral in India-Pakistan relation. No country should try to use Bangladesh to harm other. Why should India have a problem if we are friendly with Pakistan?
India has zero say in who BD has ties with.
BD can gain with deeper economic and military ties with Pakistan while still maintaining
relations with India.

Couldn't care less if you people are anti-Pakistani or not. You people are nearly 3000 kms away from us and have 0 in common with Pakistan or Pakistani people. You have 0 effect or relevence to Pakistan.
Are you for real?
Modi went to Myanmar last year to publicly support them at the height of the murder and rape of tens of thousands Rohinyas last year. 700,000 of them were driven into BD .
India sold Myanmar torpedos after China supplied us submarines.
You think that BD needs permission from India on who it has relations with? India can think anything it wants
as BD is an independent sovereign country.
BD can well have mutually beneficial economic and military relations with Pakistan.
Your Prime Minister cares and he counts while you do not.
India does not consider Rohingya as Bangladesh. For the outside world killing Rohingya does not mean killing Bangladeshi except that BD suffered for refugee.
If it were between MM and Bangladesh direct confrontation like what we had in 2008, India would certainly take side with BD. Even China remained cautious and neutral in 2008.

I dont think India has any say... Do they really?Like I say India has zero say in who BD has relations with.
She is delivering 7% per capita growth sustained now. This is unheard of in S Asia and we need to look at East Asia for this kind of performance in history.
Tax revenues have risen 20% for each of the last 2 years and exports have pretty much grown at double-digit numbers since she became Prime Minister a decade ago.
Yes, it was and Pakistan has no reason to tender a apology. Mistakes might have been made but that was no excuse for these people you join their Hindoo brothers in humiliating our army.Maybe it was a mistake to include bengal in Pakistan 1947.
