FRP is one of biggest politic parties in Norway and are against muslims and forigners from Asia. They will publish cartoons in there newspaper.

They also run a group called ISREALS FRIENDS and dont let any chance go away against muslims.

Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten published cartoon last week and Pakistan was first and only muslim country to protest to Norway. Dont seem to it helped at all.

found this info on facebook

a Norwegian member of parliament is using a cartoon of the Profet, PBUH, as picture on his profile. The name of the ****** is Ulf Erik Knudsen (the family-political spokesperson for FRP) and he is member of the FRP (The Progress Party). he is also a well-known anti-muslim person and he supports Israeli occupation of the west bank and gaza.

here is a link to the page in VG Nett - Forsiden, which is Norways largest tabloid newspaper: Stortingspolitiker bruker Muhammed-karikatur som profilbilde - VG Nett om Muhammed-tegningene

the progress party homepage is English : FrP and you find contact details of their office on their page.

their spokesperson on immigration, per willy amundsen, is a racist too. he will probably try to answer any requests from media calling in from UAE. just tell him that we are not asking about immigration, hence we would like to talk directly to the guy who uses the cartoon as his profile picture.

here is the link to Ulf Erik Knudsens profile on facebook: Login | Facebook

here are his contact details:

email: ulf-erik.knudsen@stortinget.no

I am sure he will be glad to answer any questions you have!

The best thing is to let them. Just ignore the cartoons. The reaction of the Muslims is what sells this stuff. They want to print it, so go ahead do it.

Unfortunately on the Muslim side, cooler heads do not prevail. Hot headed responses instigate further provocations. It should be patently clear that at least some Non-Muslims will not respect what we hold dear. So instead of giving these Islam-haters more reasons to instigate, why not ignore them?

This anti-Islam rhetoric is not something new. The Prophet of Islam (pbuh) was himself subjected to this. They persevered and it passed. So will it this time around.
