Pakistan got back Territory in back too it was not just one side deal . Kashmirs will be happy to having world 2ng highest mountain then a valley

Was there a plebiscite to partition of British India to create Pakistan? If not, will you consider Pakistan as a illegal country?

Hindustan was devided on the base of majority .. The areas where hindus were in majority they joined india and where Muslims were in majority they joined Pakistan.. In kashmir 80% population were Muslim so they were having similar rights to join with Pakistan..

There are 2 ways 2 see this issue

- Legal term as per UN resolution
- Humanatarian issue
- India Pakistan issue

In legal term, i doubt it is feasible as China will never allow to go for involving them.Without all portion of Kashmir is part of referendum, we can not enforce it
In humanatarian term- Yes...India should consider what is the best way to win heart of people even if we allow certain parts to be separated....Now in humanarian cause, there is no compulsion on us to allow entire JK to be in stake..In that sense i referred Kashmir valley..
In Indo Pak term, every one has to win...Now..we have to find a way where both are winning that does not mean valley people will be happy..

That was for non princely states only. At the end of the day there was no plebiscite to create Pakistan.

Yet it was a unilateral decision without involving the other calimant India which is completely contrary and disrespectful to the UNSC resolutions. So why does Pakistan expect India alone to respect that resolutions while other party can act unilaterally with impunity, huh??

i think humanterian and indo pak issue is more important them UN or china issue sir

people are suffering since ages . both countries are suffering also . we can have another indus water treaty type agreement for safe guard our waters
we can have free entry contract too

when you guys lost a major portion of kashmir to china in 1962 did you guys involved anyone ? its lame excuse sir . for me if kashmir become free country they can claim on that land can talk to china how it will be your or mine problem ? it will be another nepal .
