India has communicated its "serious concern" to Saudi Arabia over "incorrect depiction of India's external territorial boundaries" in a banknote issued recently by the middle-eastern country, the External Affairs ministry said today.
The note, issued by Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority on October 24 to mark the occasion of Saudi presidency of the G20, omitted Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh from India in a world map, said the Ministry of External Affairs in a press briefing.
