Canada updates travel advisory for India

Heh? Where did I make that claim?

Did you even begin to understand the point I was making in that post? Let me simplify this:

  1. India has always been a high risk country for travel as per Canadian advisories. Nothing to do with Trudeau. Nothing to do with current circus.
  2. The latest update is not about declaring India dangerous all of a sudden. Why? Read the first point again.
And yes, I stick to my point when I say that gora countries exaggerate threats in poor countries. They will have worse advisories for Pakistan, when most Pakistanis believe that their country is safe for tourists. Indeed, tourists are not getting killed left right and centre, either in India or Pakistan.

Do you comprehend this? Which part of all this equals "India is better than Canada?"

Here -

"So Canada classified India has a high risk for travel for many years. That's what gora countries do. Exaggerate the threat in poor countries."

These days self bravado has a new bar raised in India.

Indians are starting to think (per Modi Propaganda) that theirs is a 1st world country just like Gora countries (just as safe).

If that is true, then why go to Australia or Canada? Stay in India.

Reality though - indicates the opposite.

Indians are running away from India as fast as they can...

And Modi-bhakts should take a look at their own country once in a while, just as a reminder.

What has this got to do with bravado? It is a difference in threat perception. Living in India I have a different perception from what a Canadian may have. That is fine. I am happy to provide a counterpoint. If they don't want to accept it, it's fine. Someone from Afghanistan may invite me to visit their country saying it's very safe and I may decline saying I don't believe them. Where is bravado in all this? Did I say Canada is unsafe? Or that it is more unsafe than India?

Does anyone else think this could be a sophisticated stunt to hide that India is on NATO's side? We know that many Indians are hired and being enriched with fake corporate placements in Western countries like USA. That is equivalent to bribery. Kamala harris is in line to take over if Biden suddenly "gets ill", too.

Canadians don't give a flying rats a$$ about visiting Indians (mostly wannabe illegals trying to sneak into the US).

Well that golden dream seems now a bit fading away, isn't it?
Lungi, don't project your shit land with ours. Don't blabber that much lilliput.

India is only ranked 8th in 2023. And most of them are families of Indians in Canada. https://gowithguide.com/blog/canada-tourism-statistics-2023-5289
How does that matter? Its is 3.6 billion vs $93 million.

I think it's crucial for countries to prioritize the safety of their citizens when issuing travel advisories. Canada's move to advise caution for travel to India reflects responsible governance. As someone who loves to travel and explore new places, I understand the importance of staying informed about potential risks. On a lighter note, if you're planning any future trips, I recently had an amazing experience exploring Germany. Their train system, managed through one platform for all tickets, was incredibly efficient. It made traveling around the country a breeze. Check it out here: https://www.dbfahrplan.com/de/

That's quite a significant update on Canada's travel advisory for India. But there are more countries to explore. Speaking from personal experience, when I last traveled to Sydney, I stayed at Accor Sydney CBD, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Sydney's vibrant neighborhoods and iconic landmarks. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. If you're considering a visit to Sydney, accor sydney cbd is definitely worth checking out for a pleasant stay. Safe travels wherever your next adventure takes you.

Indians now own more property in London than White British residents, marking a significant shift in the real estate landscape of the city. According to a study by Barratt London, a residential developer, Indians constitute the largest group of property owners in London, surpassing English residents and followed by Pakistanis.

Key Insights:

  • Ownership Statistics: The data reveals that Indians are leading property ownership in London, with many being non-resident Indians (NRIs), investors, and families relocating for education or work. The English population ranks second in property ownership, while Pakistanis come in third.
  • Investment Trends: Indian investors are reportedly willing to spend between GBP 290,000 and GBP 450,000 for properties, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. This trend is driven by London's appeal as a hub for finance and education, alongside favorable market conditions.
  • Market Demand: Approximately 30% of sales at Barratt London are attributed to overseas investors, with a significant portion of these buyers looking to rent out properties. The demand for completed or nearly completed projects has surged post-pandemic as individuals seek to relocate quickly.
  • Cultural and Economic Factors: The preference for investing in London stems from various factors, including the city's cosmopolitan environment, familiarity with the English language, and a stable legal framework that simplifies property transactions. Additionally, the cost per square foot in London is comparable to that in Mumbai, making it an attractive option for Indian investors.
  • Rising Interest from Indian Students: There has been a notable increase in Indian students applying to UK universities, which further drives demand for housing as families seek long-term investments in the area.
This shift not only highlights the growing influence of Indian investors in the UK real estate market but also reflects broader trends of globalization and migration patterns where individuals seek opportunities abroad.
