Nope... Though it is not that difficult... we may have better tool and literature now...
as far as I remember, once you select mission profile (fighter/transporter and load) then you calc lift, by choosing airfoil... then to counter it horizontal stabiliser... etc etc...
However, I have a deadline to meet for my thesis... so I have to work on that...
