Working with China means Vietnamese on the space launch, then space station. Bigger opportunity for Vietnamese, example, Danial Craig can be a hollywood star, but no Vietnamese ever will be as big in Hollywood. Not doubting your talent, but you are not white. But it is possible in to be this in China. Some Japanese and Koreans are already making a name for themselves in the Chinese cinema, which btw is bigger than either and will soon be bigger than all combined.

Vietnamese will have way more opportunities working with China than against it. Working with US is good if all you want is play second fiddle, a supporting character, but in China Vietnamese can be the main star, if talent is there, just like a French or British person can be huge in America.

In terms of military, Vietnam can be like UK, improving on American hardware, and save the resources it doesn't have on not creating but improving, and modify to their own needs.

Vietnamese can simply work in China, then go back and start creating your own designs, shipyards, and things. Queen Elizabeth class to Gerald ford Class. Russia and Vietnam can never be so close, I don't have to explain the race issue to you do I.

Yeah, The USA ranks no.1, buy for me, Made in USA still cannot campared with Made in Germany. Even EU isnt the strongest, who cares. No one in the world says Germany or Danmark are worse than USA.

Hey, seem that you like weapon or something else very much? Can Vietnam people eat weapon instead of food? India has had Su30 now, but who thinks India is a successful country? After WW2, Japan even cannot have strong offensive weapons, while who says Japan is a failed country? Russia cannot contain China anymore than Canada can of US. Russians can produce advance tanks in WW2, while we had trouble making guns. They had a huge head start, but look at it today, we have almost caught up and even surpass in some fields to the Russians, because our economy.

It's not just more money, it's better education system, it's more prestige, it's more tech companies.

What the Americans can do the Russians can only do on a limited scale if at all, the Russians can sort of keep up in aviation (F-22 will almost enter service 2 decades, before Russians will have their own), but look at force projection, one Russian junk compare to 11 American super carriers.

UK, France don't need to license produce, they are in NATO, they work together with the US, so they can design their own Euro fighter, and Rafale.

If Vietnam is in some sort of agreement with China, and we work together, you can have experience in aviation, and design your own engines, and fifth gen fighter, instead of licensing from Russians.

Do you think the Russians will ever allow this? Or a better question, do you want to? Russia is the Brown of Ivy leagues. Good compare to some others, but in the league, dead last. Everyone wants to go to Yale or Harvard, if they choose Ivy.

worse in political power, German voice compare to Americans may as well be mute. I personally drive a mercedes, so I like German engineering, but Germans have no political or military power. In terms of wider range of goods, Americans have 20 brands to German's maybe 1.

For every mercedes, America has GM, Ford, and etc, then there is electronics, programing. Believe me the Germans are very specialized, but the Americans are tops at EVERYTHING.

That's the difference.
