only trainers.

I think its exaggerated numbers ...not easy to destroy 14 aircraft ...
Very easy a few RPGs will do it

Question is what aircraft do this base hold usually

Well, historically all her claims have been accurate

It's probably another saab saga that will come to light in the future

All Pakistan adversaries know this...it's mostly to keep the clam in Pakistan especially in this situation

@mods

If u want to delete this thread fine but don't claim la k of source

Ayesha Siddiqui is well known author on Pakistan military
Oh please, why do the 'sources' only talk to her, can't they call someone credible??? She is the go-to 'Pakistani analyst' for rumor mongering by Indians. Change the title to "Possible drunk rumor".....

.
Ms Siddiqa is biased against the Pak military. Don't know how seriously we can take her claims

Regards

Satellite imagery from SpaceOsint did confirm that around 10 aircraft were damaged. Don't know about claims of 35 soldiers being KIA.

ISPR has 0 credibility. She may be uttering half truth anyways. So 8-9 assets probably destroyed while 15 security personnel's might be neutralized by the attacking party.

Ayesha Siddiqui is not exactly a credible source.

But something to take into consideration:
- 1 hangar completely destroyed
- 5 hangar partially destroyed

So 6 hangars. How many planes would be based in the 6 hangars and consider the fact that they had a good 40 minutes.

LOL This has become the norm. India just sends a few TTP foot soldiers to destroy assets.

Pakistani military tries to cover up the damage and pretend the damage is insignificant and will be undone.

It has happened before. It has happened again now. Guess what, it will happen again in the future.

probably atleast 6 and worst case 16 aircraft destroyed
a mix of f7s, mushaq and t 37 trainers

no high end assets ..bigger loss is 35 personel

but again military doesnt care about its personel, thats how it makes brownie point hence hwy no investment to protect it personel

These images also debunk the claim of inoperable or aircraft out of service.
The press release did say a fuel tanker was also destroyed. Even if not all aircraft were destroyed, you can bet they were damaged from gunfire and shrapnel.
Even if they were all F-7s, pretty embarrassing as it could just easily have been J-10s too.

.
Question isn't how many planes got destroyed, or how many soldiers got killed.

Question is why this attack? and is this part of a bigger plan or is it a random attack?

Who is masterminding these attacks, and what action is being taken against them.

Just like that saab destruction event, this will be hidden. Pakistani military always lies to its own citizens and makes stupid excuses, they just want to hide the fact that they are incompetent morons. I bet this army cant even win a war with Afghanistan, they cant even think of war with india. Yes they are very brave and cruel and powerful when it comes to dealing with civilians.
