I agree, Pak Army with habit of living on poor Pakistanis miseries will never take budget cuts easily. The DHA, CSDs, supporting haramis in 1980s, Zardaris, Bhuttos, Shariffs corrupts to make themselves look holy and the interference will all continue, as it does for past 72 years.

No matter what you do, Pakistan will never be like China, USA or other powerful economic nations of world. Mark by words Pakistan will remain in loans for another 20 years. Period.
