Nobody hates rahul gandhi in Pakistan. Almost nobody has ever heard of Kejriwal unless they are interested in indian affairs and read indian news, which is also rare.

Pakistanis don’t gives two Sh!ts about India or Indians affairs at all outside defense related discussions. Only people I ever heard taking something about Indian are the mahajir diaspora from Karachi. Other than that, I wouldn’t be surprised if 80% wouldn’t know who the pm of India is.
