Yes. Suleyman Shah Brigade is also part of the Syrian National Army. It means that the SNA/TFSA is taking measures against abusers within the member groups. It seems that some of the groups and their members still can't take the model of an official armed force with chain of command that is acting with discipline according to some rules. People like these are only bringing bad name on top of the propaganda (partly true) of the enemy.
