Turkish Authorities Disprove Plane Shot Down by Syria

As I understand there were two Turkish F-4s that were fired upon with AA while flying low over the coastline. One made it back and the other crashed in waters during its abort when headed to sea to clear the border.
US intel does confirm that....no matter how hard of a fact it is for Turkey to swallow.

Than you understood wrong :D But I still wonder how did you menaged to come up with second plane, is it your famous ''fact creator 3.1'' you guys use in Armenian Genocide thingy?

If you know anything about these types of surveillance missions with F-4s then you must know that you don't do it without a wingman....your own deputy premier admitted that the jet was "mistakenly" flying inside Syrian airspace at 200 ft blasting away at over 300 knots along the coastline.
Syrian radar also detected two targets.

Nice shot by Syrian AA operators.....Turkish pilots should have abandoned their mission as soon as they knew they were seen and being attempted to be contacted on the radio. and if they were truly lost then Turkish pilots needs better training in basic 101 aeronautical navigation.

How did the Armenian Genocide issue get into this? lol you guys are obsessed.

no need to reply a post that starts with ''As I understand'' but still...for having some fun, which US intel? and confirming what? hope you dont mind to share it with us our dear armanian spy:triniti: a source or micro films would be enough

-please just keep your ignorance to yourself! during surveillance missions F-4s usually flying alone and without fighter escort. if it was a surveillance mission!!

-Syrian radar also detected two targets?? from your wording guess you were the one who was operating the damn radar:lol:

-Turks being obsessed with so called armanian genocide?? you can be sure about that

I am sorry if the truth hurts but its either this or your pilots should be all grounded since they have no sense of situation awareness, no understanding of international lost communication procedures, no understanding of how to maintain proper airspeeds and altitudes when flying in another countries ADIZ, and couldn't tell the difference between a runway or a highway. Back to flight school.

F-4s don't need fighter escorts unless they are on a bombing mission, however there were two aircraft involved. At least I am giving more credit to your pilots....you say they were lost and incompetent thats why they were shotdown. Back to flight school.

That is what they reported.

-ok.. as expected! then you have no source, no micro films  about your mysterious US intel or the things it confirms but this ''truth hurts'' lines :lazy:

I am sure you are really very special and an important person but people dont give damn to you unless you have any proof or any crediable source for your clamis

please go ahead....

Turkish plane was not shot down by Syria. Both Turkish and Syrian planes were shot at.

Let's open an international committee from both sides to look into the matter.

Let's leave it to the historians.

But this is not a 100 years old incident and Turkey is not trying to gain sympathy over it. Moreover, it actually happened.
No need for international committee, we got this

Oh, I see. It's the time difference that brings out your hypocritical character. In that case, I expect you to join me in a big laugh about the Holocaust in 30 years time. It will have happened 100 years ago, right......

I sometimes feel sorry for Armenian dudes. I mean I really am.

Shame to Russians who made us enemies.

We don't need your pity. We need Genocide recognition and Ararat.
While we are at it, i think it would only be fair to give you Van, Erzurum and Erzincan. Greece should reclaim Istanbul, Southwest and European side of Turkey. Arabs and Kurds should be given Southeast Turkey.
Ankara would suffice for Turks i guess.

No, clearly that would not be OK. But Ararat and Ani have no strategic or cultural value for Turks, unlike for Armenians. It will be of no loss to Turkey to return these landmarks, other than "showing weakness" or "insulting Turkishness".

I don't expect for you to understand this. But we have generations of our ancestors who spilled their blood over this soil. Every centimetersquare of our motherland is holier than any other object you could possibly want from us.

NO, you are the one who does not understand. Because if that is indeed the sentiment in Turkey, then Turkey would sympathize with Armenia over Nagorno Karabakh (where our own blood was spilled and, despite adversity, we emerged victorious).

I am not saying that Turkey has no right to the land as it stands. But in the future, this land should be returned to Armenia along with Genocide recognition.
