Tell me, did any of the Dharmic nations of the Subcontinent ever invade or even show any threat to invade Muslims lands? I am not talking about the Turkic nations which did invade the Muslim lands from Central Asia. I am also not talking about Dharmic Kings oppressing Muslims in their kingdom.

If they were not subjugated, they could have obtained the power to do so, but alhamdulillah, they were not enabled to as we maintained dominance over them in their own homeland for a thousand years.

Them oppressing Muslims is more than enough of a casus belli for war to be declared back in those days where there was no UN to deal with these things, would you not agree?

Irrelevant, other scholars have agreed with his ranking and those that don't still mostly regard the hadith as hasan, so it's still acceptable.

Al Hind was and is Hindustan. Pakistan has been considered by some to be on the frontier of Al Hind, but others considered it part of Khorasan. Regardless, it's not part of Al Hind's core territories so conquering Pakistan alone doesn't fulfil the hadith.

You can find it for yourself either online or in Islamic books.

So then give me the names of those scholars who consider that single hadith as hasan?

If one is gonna build foreign policy on this matter, then one needs to research it to the nth degree.

Like I said either in self defence or in order to liberate the oppressed. These two are clearly and unanimously permissible. But when one goes into history, many a time Muslim dynasties (mis)used Islam to further their conquests for material gains. And in the words of Allama Iqbal...the "Shahi Mulla" gave a fatwa of Halal...and the rest is history....

I already did in a previous post of mine. There was a link with a detailed explanation on the topic.

Nobody has ever considered Pakistan to be the core of what was known as Al Hind, it was only ever at best considered on it's frontier, and at worst considered part of Khorasan. So no, conquering Pakistan doesn't fulfil the hadith.

There are numerous other daif hadith talking about the subject, however, I never said we should build our foreign policy around it. We should build our foreign policy around the way things are at the moment, while also keeping the long term in mind.
