And Junaid Khan in place of Wahab Riaz, his controlled seam and swing bowling would have been good in England...

I think in last overs we not played good and much more score could be made.We should focus on increase run rate or fast bating in last overs.Also players scoring above 50 runs and not reaching 100 score in consecutive matches should focus on errors which stop them from reaching 100 score

I was expecting Pakistan to put up a 280+ runs total, so all good at 308.

Now ballers and fielders need to do their best. Try not to drop seemingly easy catches.

Some how, I am not having much confidence on Pakistani team despite 308. They should have scored close to 350.
They had good start, they should have capitalised on it. They dragged the game between 10 and 40 overs. This is going to cost them this match.
SA knows what to score they will come out gun blazing. They wouldn't do what Pakistan did against Australia and India by slow scoring trying to keep the wickets.
There are only two results here, SA win easy chasing, or losing easy after quick wickets at the start by Pakistan.
If Pakistan doesn't get 2/3 wickets of SA in the initial overs, Pakistan would lose.

In 184 balls Pakistan was 150ish and more than 110 balls were dot lets just say even half of those were singles ? Pakistan would have been easily above 350
350 is common now with flat pitches

You are true you are indeed shot of a bowler but 300+ is a good score especially when SA is chasing.

What is the use of hiding if you didn't qualify ? unleash it now otherwise its waste of resources.

You are right S Malik & M Hafeez should be not included into the squad H Sohil and A Shafiq would be the right decision. W Riaz is a spent force J Khan or Shinwari would have done lot of difference.
