Drug stores are good, however, don't get into it.... loads of Haram..... as people tend to sell fake drugs, no matter how you try to control your employees... trust me, I have seen fake stuff at D. Watson, Shaheen etc etc...

i have designed a hospital but the functional part would be the basements and ground floor i.e diagnostic centre --- which i wll find out what permit to get once i buy the machines till then it looks like a plaza -- i will gradually put investement in one place rather i am an idea of a drug store chain if the hospital thing doesnt pan out

Yups, I know about the Gynae & Diagnostics (24/7 money minting press), however, didn't know about derma and nutrition!!!

Plastics, yes, however, again a very niche market..... though, excellent if thinking on a small scale.... lets say a small hospital for plastics would do wonders....

some have to bring ladies -- one day derma skin treatment next day pl. surgery --- e.g i private hosp arranges lectures in dha clubs, to publicize to house wives this triad -- i was also asked several times to deliver some lecture and tell them that i give time to this hosp but i didnt have time -- you have to target your money pool via publicity
