Yara, building permits are not an issue.... all over Pakistan..... I was just thinking, maybe Ministry of Health may require annual registration fees + initial licensing fees.... as here in Turkey, that would amount to tens of millions of dollars, for licensing alone..

I did a bit of simulation study while in Pakistan.... some basic data.... in Peshawar.... at a cousins practice.... and it blew my mind at the potential of doing it all scientifically in a proper facility....

I mean, according to my estimates.... a medium sized, good hospital, let's say 4 - 5 operation theaters... would require something around USD10-15M ... lets put in running costs + specialist doctors x 10 (in Peshawar you can get a "leading" specialist to work for you for PKR350,000)...... add other expenses and your variable expenses will be in the range of max USD1M........

Not bad..... need to do a full thorough study......

my mamoon runs his own hosp/clinic in a part of his 6 canal house --- i really doubt that he had to get a lot of licencing for it hypee

I am not as bad as you have made me out to be, I am not overconfident anywhere near the degree that I would repulse people, but Ok I will consider your advice....:-)
