Yes Pakistan did sign the contract but it was blocked by US on the basis of US engines used by Turks

Wonderful, then why did Americans agree with Philipines case? Or maybe Turkey has found a way to bypass the sanctions. If its so, then Pakistan can be hopeful of purchasing them in the near future.

It was announced that the agreement with the Philippines for 6 ATAK T129B helicopters amounted to 270M US Dollars. The Philippines Army also have a buying option for another 6 T129B.
