No no no, totally insufficient. The convicted rapists should be castrated the old fashioned way, and thrown in jail for mandated 50 years minimum or death, whichever comes first. Then watch the rapes disappeared from the country.
The sad fast is that we have never been serious about stemming the tide of ever increasing rape cases the against minors and women. With this legislation the ruling powers are mocking in the victims of their heinous crime.
