SAMS mentioned in your post will make difference if procured in required numbers and possibly customized as per Pakistan's requirements.



Pakistan should look into S-350E for MR SAM and also for Navy.



Pantsir S-2 & Bik-M3 will provide greater protection not just to fixed assets but moving forces on ground and air. Pakistan don't have any similar SAM from China.



It's HQ-16 with 70km range not HQ-9. HQ-9 have approx. 200km range.

PAF already operate export version of HQ-16, it's called LY-80E.

If you buy the T-90s, S-350 etc, you will be a generation behind India. Worse, if you end up with T-72Bs and S-300s.

Russia already made formal offer of S-400 to India.
Consultations are still going on and it will be signed this fiscal year.
