Can ÖZGÜR-2 "also" guide Turkeys existing stocks of AMRAAMS and other NATO weapons in its inventory ? Turkey has a lot of that inventory and it would be a shame if they could not be used (given how many 10's of billions of dollars of NATO level munitions that Turkey has acquited over the ages ).

Of course, we will continue to use our Amraams.

If our engineers want, we can use Amraams even in Azerbaijan's Su-25s.

Do the upgrades lock the Ozgur-F16s out of US made munitions? For example will they be able to continue using AIM-120s, or would be become exclusively tied to Turkish weapons?

With the KEMENT project, domestic ammunition like Bozdogan could be used in F-16s with American software. I think, with similar projects, American ammunition can be used from f-16s with domestic software.

Pakistan has a ton of US munitions, and this seems like a good option for upgrading Pakistan's fleet. If the US gives the go ahead, I think Pakistan would 100% go for it, but being locked out of US weapons that Pakistan has a ton of would be a major blow.

all this money will now stay inside the country and will help and create jobs inside Turkey

moreover it means more munitions will be needed from in house sources

this further creates more jobs and work for domestic production lines

this news will have the supply chain busy in so many ways
