Yes allowed. But selling wine isn't allowed. I was not talking about such kissing . My aim was to taught
@Mage a
lesson with his own useless logics of freedom and nothing else.
Today he wants wine trade in the streets of Muslim countries for the sake of freedom,
then why can't anyone can ask for orgy sex in EU streets .
thats why I went further even about kissing. My real message was against selling wine everywhere in order to become secular .
@Michael Corleone Read his bottom lines
His previous message was selling pork in the streets of Muslim countries.
So my remark was just to show his logical fallacy, not if any couple kiss in public .
In DU campus, dhanmondi Lake , botanical garden and many other places thousands of couples not only kissing openly , but also finding. .... Bla bla bla. You know what I mean.
But who I am to stop them? And why should I want to stop them?
But selling wine is BD street? Not tolerable and its enough to provoking anyone.
How is selling wine and having orgies in public street related? Laws should be based on what people can do without hurting others. In that way, I am even in support of banning smoking in public streets where there are lots of people around. There should be dedicated spots for people who smoke.
I don't smoke and I don't like it when someone who is walking around me, is smoking and the smoke that he inhaled, comes out in my way for breathing. It's specially annoying in Dhaka where there's people everywhere and theres this one guy who doesn't have common sense to not smoke among other people in the street.
Selling beer? You are saying, simply because someone who is not muslim and happens to be born in a country with majority muslims, he should suck it up and have double standards where muslims get preferential business and consumer treatment. Muslims can buy and sell whatever they want in their religion but since others aren't muslim, well tough luck for them, it's their fault for being born in that country and they can't have any business that doesn't agree with Islam because standards for muslims to open their preferred business have national laws backing than that of non-muslims.
You are forgetting, a business like selling pork or beer are private entity and privately financed. Not like having public orgies where you are having orgies in places paid for by everyone and when you become get in the way of others, it's not something you can do. I would agree with public orgies in places where people don't get physically constraint though.
But you are saying private business laws should be geared towards where muslims have upper hand just because they are muslims and christian or other faiths can't, just because they are non-muslims.
What can be sold and not, by law, cannot be dictated by religion or have any preference for a set of group of people.
I should clarify though, I am for letting people have the choice to do whatever they want as long as they are not harming anyone themselves, meaning, places like EU aren't my benchmark. If you want to ask what I am for, then ask me, instead of pointing to EU and saying why they don't have that. Just because something is illegal or legal in the EU, doesn't mean I agree with them on that issue.
Maybe........not in every street though...and finding people to do it without payment would be tough.

Also, I think in Spain, the law views nudity and sex as basic needs. You can have sex anywhere except in front of children. Humans are animals. Animals are having sex publicly...why not humans?
People should have the right to have sex in public(Unless it is in front of a school, church, Masjid or temple or maybe even prison lol). Whether many people would like to do it in public or not is a different question entirely.
Not every law if fine within EU. Based on my view, I would be very Liberal even among liberals.
I would advocate for legalizing brothels, euthanasia, incest(between consenting adults)...and most of the banned drugs. People should have the right to suffer because of their decision. Limited governance is the key. Let people live their lives without the govt interfering them as long as they are not harming others.
Euthanasia, brothels are no-braners but incest has a lot of nuances. I would agree between siblings but I have fundamental opposition to parent child (when the child is adult of course) relationship. And that's because since the parent (father or mother) has to rear their child, means they can mold or shape their views while they grow up. That child might grow up to like someone other than the parent, if brought up normally. But the fact that the parent have the power to mold their thoughts and preferences
while they aren't adults yet, at that instance I can't endorse them having legal power to have relation even though the child might be an adult then. For this though, I would refer to you one of my favourite political youtube host, watch this clip. Fair warning, he generally curses if that bothers you (doesn't faze me at all).
The story he is reporting on, is a different scenario though, where the dad was away when she grew up. So didn't have any influence when she was a kid. I however, as I said, fundamentally oppose to it because of the molding that would normally happen. And I can't give anyone the possible right, where he/she can think he can get ideas into a child that the child trusts the most, just to have legal relation when the child turns into adult.
6:50 is where he makes the argument that I raised. It's a predatory relationship basically.
