তিস্তার পানি হঠাৎ বেড়ে গেছে

লালমনিরহাটের তিস্তা ব্যারাজের হেলিপ্যাড মাঠে বিএনপি’র লংমার্চ পরবর্তী সমাবেশের একদিন আগে মঙ্গলবার দুপুর পর থেকে হঠাৎ করে তিস্তা নদীর পানি বেড়ে গেছে।

তথ্য মতে, গত সোমবার সকালে তিস্তা ব্যারাজ সেচ প্রকল্পের দোয়ানী পয়েন্টে পানির প্রবাহ ছিল মাত্র ২৮০ কিউসেক। মঙ্গলবার সকাল থেকে পানি প্রবাহ বাড়তে থাকে। বিকাল ৪ টা পর্যন্ত পানির প্রবাহ ছিল ৮১২ কিউসেক। পানির প্রবাহ আরও বাড়তে পারে বলে একটি সুত্রে জানা গেছে।

তবে দোয়ানী-ডালিয়া পানি উন্নয়ন বোর্ড’র নির্বাহী প্রকৌশলী মাহবুবর রহমান পানি বেড়ে যাওয়া নিয়ে কোন মন্তব্য করতে রাজি না হলেও লালমনিরহাট জেলা বিএনপি’র সভাপতি অধ্যক্ষ আসাদুল হাবিব দুলু জানান, অধিকার কি ভাবে আদায় করতে হয় তা বিএনপি জানে। এটা বুঝতে পেয়েই ভারত আগে-ভাগেই পানি দিচ্ছে।

It seems to me that one particular Bangladeshi writer wrote a book and now simply can't find enough readers. So all he has left to do is to start anti India threads on PDF and publicize his book on every single one of them desperately.
