The particular flight in a particular airshow cannot be used to determine, if its underpowered or else. We have seen in past in other airshows when pilot pushes more G's then it goes more intense.

For instance, you can't expect to do such take-off with under-powered plane:

Camera angle, lense and zoom makes a lot of difference as well. It makes the aircraft appear to be moving much slower than it is. Tejas filmed by AIN also appears to be very slow and underpowered, in fact more slow than JF. Like @CivilianSupremacy said, the performance is good for its weight and power class. Of course it can't fly like F16 or Rafale or J10C.

I cant tell u who told me, its not a public information. It would make sense because it would affect sales of J10C. Is there any public info about JF17 block 3 showing PL10 and PL15 as its weapons option??

Feasibility studies were completed. Al Tariq SR and LR PGMs will be integrated by September 2024. They'll be using both Mk 80 series dumb bombs as well as India's own High Speed Low Drag (HSLD) dumb bombs for the Al Tariq SR and LR PGMs.

The AL TARIQ family of modular, all-weather, day/night LR-PGMs are designed to fit onto the Mark 80 series and the Indian designed High-Speed Low Drag (HSLD) series of aerial munitions. The addition of a wing kit converts the AL TARIQ-S (Standard Range) to the AL TARIQ-LR (Long Range), extending the stand-off range from 45km to 120km.

The Tejas LCA is an India-made single-engine, delta wing light multirole combat aircraft, with three production versions, the Mark 1, Mark 1A and trainer version. As a multirole platform, the Tejas LCA is designed to perform different roles, including ground attack, air support, and reconnaissance.

Full integration and qualification of AL TARIQ’s LR-PGMs on HAL’s Tejas LCA is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024.

That's like saying selling Aim-120 with F-16s would affect sales of F-15.

F15 and F16 are both americans while J10C and JF17 are not fully chinese, JF17 is joint and have a foreign engine. Ideally selling J10C suits china more. Also Americans make separate deal for weapons, so doesn't matter, Pakistan had F16s without BVR for long.
Offering PL15 with JF17 would increase its sales but it seems china will also go the American way and make separate deal for weapons package.

Of course the older blocks being upgraded will happen but the new batch of Block III
add a tremendous capability boost to PAF
